Texas Hold’em Poker Rules

Texas Hold’em still maintains the basic principle of the Poker game, which is to give all the prize money to the owner of the highest-ranked hand. However, in this genre, players will compete in groups, creating a highly competitive game and raising the prize money to an extremely high number. Specifically, the rules of Texas Hold’em Poker include the following provisions:

How to deal with cards

In the 3D version of PPGAMING, the cards are dealt by the system according to the following principle:

Deal cards to the players participating in the betting round in turn clockwise. The first card recipient is decided by drawing a card and will display the letter D next to it. In the following rounds, the winner will receive this D position.

In the first round of dealing, each player at the table receives 2 face-down cards, called hole cards.

Next, the system spreads 3 face-up cards on the table, called community cards.

After the next betting rounds, the community cards will be opened. A maximum of 5 cards are opened in the middle of the table.

The ranking deck will be made up of 2 private cards and the community cards on the table. Then, the system finds the winner according to the Texas Hold’em Poker ranking.

Game order

  • A Texas Hold’em Poker betting session will take place in a specific order including the following rounds:
  • Post Blind: Players put in their bets to join a new hand. Because the cards have not been dealt but there is still a betting option, this round is called Post Blind.
  • Pre–flop: The system deals 2 hole cards to all those who have placed blinds before. You can see your cards but cannot know the value of other players’ cards.
  • The Flop: 3 community cards are opened and players can base on the current deck they are holding to decide their betting strategy.
  • The Turn: The 4th community card is opened and the players who continue to participate in the betting round will need to make the next decision.
  • The River: The 5th community card – the last card is opened. This is also the round of making the decision.
  • Showdown: The round of showing the cards will reveal all the hole cards of the remaining players. After that, the system ranks and announces the winner.
